Two members of the Carson crew arrived on time at 8 AM to remove a dozen 10-foot tall oleanders using a variety of powerful chain saws. Many of the stalks were up to 4" in diameter. The plants were cut down at ground level. The debris, several feet in height, literally filled the entire back yard. The crew then started the cleanup process, which lasted about 90 minutes. The entire job was completed before 12 PM.
Were it possible, I would add another two stars to the rating.
I received same day response when I inquired about their services. Our tree was a concern because it was rotting on the inside but they developed a plan instantly that made us very comfortable to use their services. They were respectful to our home and neighbors. I also appreciated being given updates since I was at work and couldnt be home at the time.
